AlphaBio to highlight biological control of pests and diseases at Cambridgeshire Day
AlphaBio Control, the agricultural technology company committed to the science of delivering exceptional plant protection products from natural sources, will be highlighting its contribution to sustainable agriculture at Cambridgeshire Day at Newmarket Racecourse on the 23rd June this year.
Iain Fleming, co-founder and Chief Executive of AlphaBio said, “We have been invited to the Cambridgeshire Day as a previous winner of the Queen’s Award for Innovation for our bioinsecticide, FLiPPER®. As AlphaBio continues to expand, delivering to the market more new products from our R&D pipeline, it is important to get the message out there that there are viable alternatives to the traditional pest and disease control options. Cambridgeshire day is the perfect opportunity to speak to students and members of the general public alike on the subject.”
Visitors to the stand will be invited to take part in a short quiz on how our food is made, with packets of wildlife seeds for all participants, and bee hotels for the winners!
