His career has seen him involved in the manufacture of a broad range of significant agricultural technologies in Europe, Africa and the US for multinational organisations, such as Monsanto, Mycogen and Agrigenetics. For the past 30 years, Alfeo’s focus has been on the natural world as the source of future technologies. From working with colleagues at various academic institutes, he has developed technologies that involve natural chemistry, microbiology and hybrid technology. Stella Agostini Regulatory Manager https://www.linkedin.com/in/stella-agostini-2296691b1/ Stella has a degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Bologna in Italy and has over 25 years of experience in conventional crop protection, mainly in fungicides, herbicides, fumigants and fertilizers. Her first experiences were in residue laboratory analysis and quality control analysis, and then as a sales manager in Europe and the Middle East. For the last 20 years she has been working in regulatory affairs, starting with the development of a new herbicide, and the preparation and submission of the dossier in the most important countries in the world, and then moved to manage other crop protection and fertilizer projects. His early career was spent providing technical assistance to farmers through experimental test site facilities and efficacy field trail management.
